The host institution undertakes to provide a copy of the registrations to the original institution and the student within a time frame set by the inter-institutional agreement and, as a rule, beyond five weeks after the publication/proclamation of the student`s results in the host institution. It can be made available electronically or by other means accessible to the student. The apprenticeship agreement defines the program of study or internships to be carried out abroad and must be approved by the student, the sending body, the organization or the company before the start of the exchange. The section to be performed during mobility (Abis and Bbis tables) is only required if changes are to be included in the initial learning agreement. In this case, the section that must be completed before mobility (Tables A and B) should remain unchanged and the changes in this section should be described. The sending institution must fully recognize the number of ectS points (or equivalents) in Table A if studies abroad do not change and the student succeeds. Any exception to this rule should be clearly stated in an annex of the apprenticeship agreement and agreed upon by all parties. Example of justification for non-recognition: the student has already accumulated the number of credits necessary for his diploma and does not need a part of the credits acquired abroad. After classes, you can change courses that don`t suit you, but remember that you can only change the initial curriculum once a semester. That`s why we don`t recommend immediate changes.
Other reasons for change may be the requirement for an extension of the duration of the mobility program abroad. Such an application may be made by the student no later than one month before the deadline. The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange. The minutes of the recordings of the receiving institution contain at least the minimum information requested in this model of the learning agreement. Table C (or the institution`s representation of it) contains all the elements of teaching agreed upon in Table A and, if there is a change in the curriculum abroad, in table Abis. In addition, class allocation information must be included or attached to the record (a web link to find this information is sufficient).
