You may be able to load money into your prepaid card account via cash charging networks, including retail charging networks, cashing cheque systems, original credit transactions or any other payment system that we can activate from time to time (“Alternative Charges”). There may be minimum and maximum requirements for the amount of funds and maximum requirements for the number of fees you can charge to your prepaid card account through alternative charges. Since one of these features is available for your prepaid card, you can get more information about these features by visiting wisely.adp.com or calling cardholder services to the free phone number on the back of your prepaid card, and you may need to go through an additional verification process to be able to use any of these features. Information about the amount you have on your prepaid card account, as well as an electronic statement and a 12-month history of account transactions, are available free of charge online at wisely.adp.com.
